NYRO use essential oils to support wellbeing. Nikky is an advocate for the ‘Relaxation Remedies To Roll’ and uses this regularly alongside the fantastic essential oil blends in her diffuser at home (the new meditation blend smells gorgeous!).
Customers have also commented that the ‘Goodnight Pillow Mist’ has helped them with improving their sleep (alongside some handy ‘sleep hygiene tips from Nikky of course!).
