New regulations came into force in May 2018 regarding Data Protection and we have a duty to inform you about the type of data we collect, how we process it, and your rights. #NOLABELS takes the protection of your data seriously and we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our website visitors and clients. Below, we provide clear and detailed information on how we collect, use, manage, store, and destroy your data:

What Data will be collected/processed?

1) When you visit this website, or :
- contact us via the contact phone number we display on our pages,
- use our (opt-in only) contact form, or
- send us a direct email using a link on our site,
your personal information is captured, stored and processed electronically. Such information may include your name, address, email address, telephone number, IP address, and the content of your message, depending on the information you choose to provide.

2) In addition, should your browser settings allow us to, when you visit this website, we collect and store information about you using cookies (please read note 2 below). Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or other electronic access device.

N.B.: Sending messages via direct email links is not considered a secure medium for communication. Thus, we advise you NOT to send us any private/sensitive information by email. If you do, you do so at your own risk.

Why is this Data collected and used?

1) Your data is collected and used for the purpose(s) for which you have provided it, in ways you might reasonably expect. We do not use it for marketing, networking or other purposes, only for administering our day-to-day business activities and to provide customer service and support via telephone, SMS or email, depending on your communication preferences. N.B.: Where necessary, with your permission, your data allows us to refer you to your GP should any findings lie outside of our treatment/support remit. 

2) The cookies that we use allow our visitors to enjoy a better, more personalised user experience. Generally speaking, cookies can identify users, remember preferences, and help users to complete tasks without having to re-enter their personal information when they return to this site. A cookie will typically contain the name of the domain (i.e. our website name) from which the cookie has come.

Who will have access to the Data?

Nikky Reed has sole access to all your personal data held by #NOLABELS. At NO point will any of your data be shared, sold or rented to any other third party, business or organisation by us for marketing or any other purpose. Your private and sensitive information will always be treated in complete confidence and with respect. 

N.B.: If lawfully obliged to, we may disclose your data to certain authorities and/or for the protection of our legal rights.

How will the Data be stored?

Firstly, please be reassured that all traffic (transferal of data) between your browser and this website is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS (transmitted securely via a secure medium known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL). 

Your personal data is stored on secure, third party servers:
1) On our password-protected Outlook.com email account (please read Microsoft's Privacy Statement here)
2) On this website's password-protected database hosted by Squarespace in the U.S. (please read Squarespace’s Privacy Policy here)
– both of ​which are accessed and managed via our PIN- and/or password-protected electronic devices.

N.B.: Only if you were to include it in your contact form message or email message to us would your sensitive data ever be stored electronically. Your explicit, signed consent is always requested in order for us to store or process your sensitive information – such as your GP's details, current medication, treatments, medical history, date of birth, next of kin, etc. – by way of hand-written client records during a face-to-face meeting, workshop or training session with you. Thereafter, your records are stored securely in a metal lockable filing system.

How long will the Data be stored?

In line with legal requirements, your records are stored for 7 years. In the case of a minor (under the age of 13), records are stored until that minor reaches the age of 25 years) from the date of your last with us. Please note that your right to be forgotten cannot override the legal requirement to keep medical records for the mandatory period.

When will the Data be destroyed?

All data will be destroyed after 7 years, or in the case of a minor, once that minor reaches the age of 25 years.

A Special Note About Children

Parents or guardians should be aware that there are software tools available online that screen objectionable content and allow you to prevent children from disclosing their personal information without your permission. If you are a child under the age of 16, you should ONLY use this site with the permission of and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We shall not intentionally collect any personal information from minors under the age of 13. We request that minors do not submit any personal information to us.

Your rights

You are entitled to view or request that the personal information we hold about you be amended or deleted, free of charge and without undue delay. 

We will report any unlawful data breach of this website’s database or the database(s) of any of our third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and data protection authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
